AIGC 制作与合成AIGC PRODUCTION & COMPOSITING- 全流程 AI 影像制作
- 真人绿幕拍摄
- 人物一致性与镜头连续性
两条工作流,共同服务于现场叙事。
转场影片同时采用全流程 AI 制作与真人绿幕拍摄两套方式。前期从叙事节奏出发,完成角色、服装、道具与空间的视觉设定,并通过分镜和关键帧确定镜头衔接;进入动态阶段后,再持续校正人物一致性、动作连续性、光线关系与空间透视。真人拍摄素材则保留真实表演的动作质感,并在后期重新建立环境、景深与运动关系。AI 因此被放入从概念开发到最终合成的完整生产流程,而不是只承担单个镜头的生成。
Two parallel workflows shaped the transition films: fully generated sequences and live-action green-screen footage extended through AI environments. My work moved from visual development and shot design to motion, continuity and final compositing.





Character, environment, shot and motion were developed as one continuous system. Still-image concepts were repeatedly tested against movement, concert-screen scale and viewing distance; green-screen performance retained real movement while AI rebuilt the world through matched light, perspective and motion.

让舞台在正式开场前,先被影像唤醒。
项目以 CG 团队搭建的舞台模型作为可靠的空间基础,再通过 AI 重新想象材质、环境、光线与周围元素。核心结构被保留,舞台却由真实可控的装置转化为更具幻想性、电影感与超现实尺度的世界。
The CG model established a believable and controllable stage. AI then extended its material, atmosphere and scale, turning a physical structure into a cinematic world that appears to awaken before the concert begins.CG provides structure; AI continues imagining the space beyond its physical limits. The original stage logic remains legible while material, atmosphere and scale shift from one imagined state to another.





The original stage structure remains visible while color, material and surrounding architecture are reimagined. A controlled CG base becomes a more expansive world for the concert screen.

AI与CG的接力
AI 先打开人物与视觉风格的想象空间,CG 建立复杂且稳定的舞台环境,随后 AI 再次进入流程,为人物与环境补充动态。角色设计不仅追求单帧美感,也必须考虑能否进入 CG 空间,并在大型演唱会屏幕上保持清晰。
AI opened the character direction, CG established the stable environment, and AI returned to extend motion. My responsibility centered on developing silhouettes, costumes and materials that could survive both the CG pipeline and the scale of the live screen.The character direction was developed for motion and stage readability, not only for the beauty of a single generated frame. Character, paper, light and architecture move together inside one evolving memory space.

全流程 AI 视觉制作FULL AI VISUAL PRODUCTION- 角色、豹子与环境设定

打破动态与静态的设计边界
项目几乎完全在生成式工作流中完成。人物轮廓、服装结构、材质反射、豹子形态与空间尺度,都需要经过动态测试后重新判断,并反向调整前期设定。最终形成概念、单帧与动态之间持续循环的制作方法。
The workflow operated as a continuous feedback loop between concept, still image and motion. Every character, material and scale decision was tested in movement, then returned to the design stage until the visual system became stable enough for the final VJ.




A visually impressive still is not automatically a stable moving character. Motion tests became part of the design itself; reflective surfaces, costume structure and the leopard's form were calibrated across different camera distances.

AI 环境制作与人物合成AI ENVIRONMENT & PORTRAIT COMPOSITING- 观众真实照片采集
- 梦核记忆花园构建
- 光线、尺度与遮挡匹配
让真实记忆进入梦境。
项目从真实观众的个人照片出发,将人物放入由植物、建筑、雾气、光线与漂浮空间构成的“记忆花园”。制作重点不是突出 AI 技术,而是让真实人物自然属于这个虚拟世界,使私人记忆转化为舞台上可以共享的温柔景观。
Real audience photographs were embedded within a dreamcore memory garden. The challenge was to make every figure feel native to the generated world through careful control of edges, light, color, scale, depth and foreground interaction.Technology becomes a quiet medium between real people and personal emotion. Edges, light direction, scale and foreground overlap were adjusted so photographed figures would feel native to the generated memory garden.
